I love those stories that are about reuniting, and this is one of my favorites. Diesel went missing two years ago; his owners did not know where she was. They recently moved. Then came home one day and Diesel was gone. Two years later, Diesel and his family were reunited. When the owners adopted Diesel, they had her micro chipped. The chip is implanted and has the name and phone number of her owners. The Animal Services called the owner and made the happy reunion happen. This is the exact reason every animal should be micro chipped. This is a beautiful story! I am glade that the family is finally happy again after finding their missing piece of joy, Diesel.
The microchip is a non-identifying circuit; it’s placed under the dog’s skin or any other animal. It’s in the same size of a rice grain. A radio frequency identification technology is used to identify your pet if it’s in a shelter. It’s a very successful way to save animals that go missing every day, once the shelters found those animals, they can contact with their owners and bring their pets back home.
This story is very well known on media and news, after the News 7 channel uploaded the video on YouTube and received thousands of views and shares. It’s a great story about reunion between a dog and his family. And it’s a simple invitation to get your pet micro chipped. So share the story between your friends and family and invite them to microchip their pets.
